Charnwood Packaging was founded in 2001. We source flexible and rigid packaging from carefully selected quality oriented suppliers. Main process used are:

• Gravure or flexo printed flexible laminates up to 8 colours
• Solvent and solvent free lamination.
• Tandem PE extrusion coating.
• PA/PE pouch film tandem cast and laminated
• PA multilayer cast coextruded for top webs and formable with or without EVOH

We can supply UK customers direct from the factory or arrange to have stocks held for call off. We are also able to stock jumbo rolls so that slit rolls can be produced fast.

We supply mainly these packaging types.

• Laminates of polyester foil and peelable polythene
• Laminates of oriented nylon and high barrier five layer PE-EVOH-PE films.
• Laminates of aluminium oxide coated polyester laminated to oriented nylon and polythene.
• PET-A and PET-A / PE sheet for thermoforming into trays.
• PET-A and PET-A / PE using up to 80% postconsumer recycle sourced from European supplies.
• Pouches

Main market served is the medical market.

We are flexible on minimum order sizes depending on the specification required. We welcome enquiries for small quantities. We know a number of specialist printers who can often help.
